According to the developer, Pocket Bravery supports crossplay or cross-platform play across all devices. The game also supports online and local co-op multiplayer on PS, Switch, and Xbox.

This means you can play the game with your friends regardless of the platform you are playing on. For example, if you have a PS4 and your friend has an Xbox One you guys can play together, the same goes with PC, Xbox, and Switch.
