Gamers and critics were not happy with the game’s early access version. But later, Undead Labs introduced some fixes and patch updates that took the game experience to a whole new level.

It is a third-person view survival game set in the open world. In this game, the player has to build a base camp and upgrade it with all the facilities to keep survivors safe.

In an interview, Undead Labs revealed that State of Decay 3 is under development and may be released in 2025.
