ITI Bandipora students take lead in VBSY

Empowers communities with awareness of government schemes

BANDIPORA, DECEMBER 19: A mega event was held at Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Bandipora wherein students took the lead in an ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY).

Spearheaded by passionate students, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra gained significant momentum, capturing the attention and support of residents and authorities alike. Students and local participants overwhelmingly welcomed the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Van.

On the occasion, students enthusiastically listened to the recorded message from the Prime Minister of India regarding the campaign.

Besides others who participated in the event, students were made aware of various centrally sponsored schemes. On occasion, they were apprised of the benefits of these schemes and the proper procedure to avail them.

Superintendent ITI said that actively involving students in VBSY will make an immediate impact and act as a catalyst in the information dissemination process regarding government schemes.

The schemes being publicized during the yatra include Ayushman Bharat; PMJAY PM Garlb Kalyan Anna Yojana; Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana–National Rural Livelihoods Mission; PM Awas Yojana (Rural); PM Ujjwala Yojana; PM Vishwakarma; PM Kisan Saman; Kisan Credit Card (KCC); PM Poshan Abhiyan; Har Ghar Jal–Jal Jeevan Mission; Survey of villages and mapping with improvised technology in village areas (SVAMITVA); Jan Dhan Yojana; Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana; Suraksha Bima Yojana; Atal Pension Yojana; PM PRANAM; Nano Fertilizer etc.
