Jammu Police arrests notorious drug peddler in Chinore, recovers contraband substance

Jammu, 18 Oct: Jammu Police continuing its actions against drug peddlers, A police party headed by SDPO Domana at a Naka established at Bantalab intercepted and apprehended 01 person identified as Bashir Baniya S/O Hussain Baniya R/O Dorru Anantnag A/P Kangrail Ring road Jammu (notorious drug peddler). During search, 38 grams of contraband Heroin like substance was recovered from his possession and a motorcycle used for transportation of contraband seized.

Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Domana and investigation has been initiated.
