J&K Govt forms committee to monitor performance of lawyers, prosecutors

In a move aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of legal representation in the Union Territory, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has announced the formation of a special committee tasked with monitoring the performance of Government Advocates in the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, as well as Prosecutors in various Trial Courts.
