J&K Govt terminates four employees involved in terror activities

In a stern move against anti-national activities, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has terminated the services of four government employees under Article 311 (2)(C) of the Constitution of India, citing their involvement in terror-related activities.

The dismissed employees include a doctor, a police constable, a teacher, and a lab bearer in the higher education department.

This decisive action comes as part of the J&K government’s ongoing crackdown on terror financing and its efforts to maintain peace and security in the region.
