JAMMU, February 26: With counting under way for the J&K High Court Bar Association Election 2023, it has emerged that Vikram Sharma is leading for president. Parvesh Singh Salaria leads for General Secretary. Vice President and Treasurer races are currently tight. Chetan Misri leads for Joint Secretary.
