J&K police attaches property of LeT terror associate in Bandipora
BANDIPORA Dec 06: In a significant development, Bandipora Police has attached 14 Marla of residential land at Ashtengoo Bandipora, citing it as proceeds of terrorism under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). The attached land is associated with the family of Irfan Ahmad Bhat, terror associate of LeT. Irfan’s brother had fled to Pakistan in 2000. The police action is part of ongoing efforts to curb and dismantle financial support structures linked to terrorist activities in the region.
