J&K Samadhan Portal: Training Session for District Officers held in Bandipora
ADDC, Mohammad Ashraf Bhatt emphasises the importance of efficient handling of public grievances
BANDIPORA AUGUST 01: The District Administration Bandipora on Thursday organised a comprehensive training session at Mini Secretariat for District Officers regarding JK Samadhan portal.
The session was aimed to enhance the officers’ proficiency with the portal’s functionalities and ensure effective utilization across various departments.
The training session was chaired by ADDC Bandipora Mohammad Ashraf Bhatt and was attended by ADC Umar Shafi Pandit, ACD Irfan Bahadur, district officers from various departments and DIO NIC Umer Sulieman.
The training was provided by resource persons, Aaqib Bashir Mir and Sheikh Aubaid ur Rehman, Network Engineers from NIC Bandipora.
The training session covered essential aspects of the portal, including its features and operational procedures, to ensure a smooth implementation and integration into daily administrative tasks.
A team from NIC Bandipora presented a detailed overview of the session aimed at equipping the officers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage and utilize the portal.
During the session, officers were briefed on the functionalities and features of the JK Samadhan portal. The training included detailed discussions on the portal’s user interface, navigation, and the various modules available for complaint registration, tracking, and resolution.
Addressing the participants, the ADDC Mohammad Ashraf Bhatt emphasised the importance of timely and efficient handling of public grievances to improve transparency and accountability within the administration.
He said, this initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to streamline processes and improve public service delivery through the JK Samadhan portal.
He stressed on proper training of concerned officers and regular monitoring of the portal to ensure all complaints are addressed promptly.
Bhatt said, the primary objective of the training session was to ensure that officers fully understand the functionalities of the JK Samadhan portal which is designed to streamline the process of addressing grievances, tracking their resolution, and ensuring transparency and accountability in our administrative functions.
On the occasion, Q&A session was also held, where participants had the opportunity to clarify any doubts and share their feedback on the portal.
