JKEDI starts 6-day Entrepreneurship Development Program at ITI Ganderbal
Ganderbal, April 25: Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) District Centre, Ganderbal on Thursday started a six-day Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) under the Skills Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion (SANKALP) initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

The EDP is designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge required to establish and manage their business ventures successfully.
It seeks to nurture entrepreneurial talent and encourage innovation, particularly among rural youth.
The inaugural session was attended by the Principal ITI, Mubashir Hafiz Jan, who emphasized the critical role of skill development and entrepreneurship in driving economic progress.
He commended JKEDI’s efforts in nurturing entrepreneurial talent and urged participants to fully engage in the program to transform their ideas into sustainable businesses.
District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Ganderbal highlighted that the EDP is tailored to address regional entrepreneurial challenges.
The program included interactive workshops, practical case studies, and expert-led sessions to deliver actionable learning outcomes.
