JKGF terror associate held with explosives in Poonch

POONCH September 13: Security forces arrested a terror associate affiliated with Jammu and Kashmir Ghaznavi Force (JKGF) outfit with explosives and ammunition in Poonch district. Officials sources informed that on Thursday evening a joint naka of police and army was established at Potha bypass during which the forces noticed a person coming from Surankote in a suspicious manner. On seeing the forces , the person tried to escape but was apprehended by the forces. Security forces recovered a huge quantity of explosives from his possession including a bag containing three hand grenades, explosive substances, and other incriminating material. The person was identified as Mohd Shabir, a resident of Daryala Nowshera who is in touch with a POK handler, namely Azim Khan alias Mudeer, who directed him to collect this consignment from Surankot town.
