JKPCC Shocked over the murder of office peon , demands immediate arrest of culprits

JAMMU, March 26: Expressing Shock over the incident of broad day murder of a peon of Congress Office  Jammu, Shri Rodh Kumar, today, Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress has asked the police to nab the culprit/s .

Chief Spokesperson JKPCC Ravinder Sharma spoke to ADGP Mukesh Singh today evening to express the the concern of the party over the shocking incident and sought the arrest of culprit/s involved in the attack. 

Rodh Kumar was reportedly assaulted today between 10.30 sm to 11am near his residence in the DPS Lane in Residency area, leaving him greviously injured.  He is reported to have disclosed the police that he was hit by someone whom he knows. He later scummbed to injuries around 2pm in the hospital.

Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress President Vikar Rasool Wani, Working President Raman Bhalla, Former Ministers Mula Ram and Yogesh Sawhney,Manmohan Singh and entire rank and file expressed deep shock over the death of Shri Rodh Kumar,who was working in the Congress office for last four decades. He was around 75years and thoroughly gentleman. The exact motive behind attack in not known yet, said Ravinder Sharma. 

His cremation shall take place tomorrow at 12 noon at Jogi gate cremation ground.
