JU VC releases a Hindi Poetry book by Swarndeep

JAMMU, 15 May: Jammu University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Umesh Rai released a Hindi poetry book entitled – ‘Dil Tum Dhadakte Kyun Nahin’, written by Mr. Swarn Deep Bogal, Senior Assistant, working in the Cash Section, University of Jammu, who has earlier also written a hindi poetry book ‘Man Ki Slate’ in the year 2020 published by Your Quote Mobile App. Prof Rai appreciated the effort of Mr. Swarn Deep Bogal for writing poetry.

Most of the poems in the collection are based on social issues and are born out of the happenings in our society.

Through these poems, the author tries to eradicate the negativity & imbibe humanism continuously within him.

Among others, Prof. Sucheta Pathania, Dean Faculty of Arts and HoD Department of English, Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Special Secretary to Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Garima Gupta, HoD, Department of Journalism & Media Studies, Dr. Padam Dev Singh, Department of Dogri, Dr. Parshotam Kumar, Department of Hindi & Dr. Anju Bala, Department of History, were also present on the occasion.
