Karan Johar’s Note On Valentine’s Day Will Melt Your Heart: Read Here
Karan Johar is a single father to his twins, Yash and Roohi, born in 2017 via surrogacy. He has been very open about his love and affection for his children and often shares pictures and videos of them on social media. In interviews, he has also spoken about how being a parent has changed his priorities.
On Valentine’s Day, he shared photos of his kids, Yash and Roohi, along with his mother and reflected on his past experiences with Valentine’s day. He explained that in previous years, he either celebrated as a single person or felt sad about not being in a relationship, but now it’s a day that brings a mix of emotions. He wrote, “Valentines Day for me for many years has been a day I either partied with other singles or then lamented the lack of a relationship or then celebrated my independence and solo status … it’s always been a blend of so many feeling and emotions!”
Karan Johar’s search for love was over when his children Yash and Roohi came into his life. He added, “But when Roohi and Yash were born, I realised my dependency and search for love ended with their arrival into our universe! I celebrate them along with my mother everyday but today is the day to say to all of us parents that we have forever valentines in our children! A paternal love story is the most satisfying, unconditional and exceptionally rewarding! So raise a toast and if no one sends you flowers today send yourself an emoji !”
Bollywood actor Neetu Kapoor dropped in all hearts in the comment section. A fan commented, “Too cute!” Another commented, “Beautiful pictures,” followed by heart emojis.
