KC Public School retained its number one rank as a co-ed day-cum-boarding school in J&K for the 5th consecutive year since 2020.
EducationWorld in association with AZ Research Partners, Bangalore, released its 18th consecutive annual EducationWorld India School Rankings (EWISR) 2024-25. A sample database of 8,700 respondents, including 5,150 parents and 3,550 education professionals across 34 cities in India was surveyed to rate the country’s Top 4,000 schools on 14 parameters of educational excellence, making it the world’s largest annual school rankings survey.
The 14 parameters of education excellence on which the schools were evaluated are Academic Reputation, Competence of Faculty, Individual Attention to Students, Leadership/Management Quality, Curriculum and Pedagogy, Co-curricular Education, Sports Education, Community Service, Parental Involvement, Teacher Welfare and Development, Value for Money, Mental and Emotional Well-being, Services, Infrastructure Provision and Leadership/management quality
The Awards Ceremony was held at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram from October 17 to 19. The three-day event, organized by EducationWorld, brought together distinguished leaders from the education sector to celebrate excellence in schools across India.
Day one commenced with an engaging panel discussion on aligning school leadership for educational excellence, followed by awards recognizing the top international day and boarding schools. Renowned speakers such as Bhavin Shah, Abhimanyu Basu, and Dr. Niyati Chitkara led thought-provoking discussions on innovative educational strategies. Highlights included the Education Leader of the Year Awards, recognition of visionary education leaders, and insights into topics like technology’s role in boosting fee collections, 21st-century skills in education, and the impact of AI on school infrastructure. Day two featured a deep dive into pedagogy, life skills, and pastoral care, along with awards for various school categories and regions. Day three concluded with the announcement of top government, philanthropic and special needs schools, alongside further recognition of extraordinary education leaders.
Raju Chowdhary, Chairman of KC Educational Society and Arti Chowdhary, Managing Director of KCPS received the award from Dr. Sumer Bahadur Singh, an eminent educational leader of India.
