KCPS students selected for Gymnastic Championship at New Delhi
JAMMU, 16 Dec: Rivika Bansal and Sadhya Sharma of K C Public School have been Selected for School Games Federation Gymnastic Championship to be held at New Delhi from 16th to 23rd December 2023 Delhi.Rivika of class VI and Sadhya of class VII have showcased exceptional talent and dedication towards gymnastics. Their exemplary performance at the divisional level has achieved them their well-deserved selection for this national-level championship.
The School Games Federation Gymnastic Championship, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, serves as a platform to identify and nurture budding gymnasts across the country and to encourage, promote and popularize all recognized Olympic, Asian, Commonwealth games, and regional level popular other games & sports amongst the boys & girls of India.
K C Public School has always emphasized the importance of a holistic education, supporting students in achieving excellence both academically and in extracurricular activities. The school’s comprehensive sports program supported by the world class sports facilities at the K C sports club provides students with ample opportunities to explore various disciplines, leading to outstanding performances at local, state, and national levels. K C Public School has recently added floodlights to the cricket grounds to facilitate the day and night cricket matches.
