Ladakh Citizen Help Hub launched, providing online assistance with 20 welfare services of the Social & Tribal Welfare Department
Leh, March 8: On the occasion of International Women’s Day celebrations in Leh today, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Brig (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) launched the Ladakh Citizen Help Hub, an online grievance portal with over 20 welfare services of the Department of Social and Tribal Welfare, including Anganwadi Centres, ALIMCO centres, Child Care Institutions, Senior Citizens Schemes, Scholarships, different schemes of the GoI, etc.
The Ladakh Citizen Help Hub portal aims to provide citizens with a one-stop platform to raise concerns and issues and seek appropriate solutions, conveniently. One of the key features of the portal is that it will provide regular updates on grievances via SMS.
Commissioner Secretary, Social, and Tribal Welfare Department, UT Ladakh Padma Angmo stated that this portal shall prove vital in providing quality service to the people of Ladakh and urged the people to utilize the platform.
