LG Brig (Dr) BD Mishra lays wreath at Kargil War Memorial

KARGIL June 06: Lt Governor Brig (Dr) BD Mishra visited the Kargil War Memorial in Drass and laid a wreath in respect of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the Nation during the Operation Vijay of 1999.

Taking to Twitter, LG Mishra posted “The memorial stands as a symbol of national pride which ensures that the memory of those gallant soldiers is forever etched in the hearts of every Indian.”

LG also interacted with the tourists visiting the memorial.
