LG Brig (Dr) BD Mishra participates in International Yoga Day celebration in Leh

LEH June 21: Lieutenant Governor Brig (Dr) BD Mishra today participated in the International Yoga Day celebration at the AstroTurf Open Stadium, Leh. Various prominent personalities including MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, CEC Leh Tashi Gyalson DC Shrikant Balasaheb Suse and Indian Police Service (Rtd), Fmr Lt Governor Puducherry Kiran Bedi were present during the occasion.

LG Mishra took the occasion to laud the momentum provided by PM Modi for the successful promotion of Yoga, not only in its place of birth, India, but also spreading it across the world. He also congratulated the organisers and the participants for a successful conduct of the event which signifies effective mind-body connection, reduction in stress levels along with better physical & mental health.
