LG Manoj Sinha attends to issues of citizens in ‘LG’s Mulaqaat’

SRINAGAR, 31 July 2024: LG Manoj Sinha interacted with citizens on Wednesday in ‘LG’s Mulaqaat’ and attended to their issues. He directed the Officials to expedite the pending resolution of grievances on fast track basis and to ensure that the system is accountable and responsive to people’s needs.

J&K Administration has taken several measures to improve the grievance redressal mechanism. Recently, J&K SAMADHAN Portal & App were launched to provide easy way to lodge the grievance and its efficient and speedy redressal.
