LG Manoj Sinha condoles the demise of Secretary JKAACL

SRINAGAR, JULY 20: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has expressed his shock and grief over the sudden demise of Shri Bharat Singh Manhas, Secretary, J&K Academy of Art, Culture & Languages.
