LG Manoj Sinha hands over appointment letter to wife of Puran Krishan Bhat 

JAMMU, January 17: LG Manoj Sinha handed over the appointment letter to Sweety Bhat, wife of Puran Krishan Bhat, who was killed by militants in Shopian, in Jammu on Tuesday.

LG Sinha assured all help to the family members.
