LG Manoj Sinha joins LG (Dr.) B.D. Mishra to launch Logo & Mascot for Khelo India Winter Games 2024

JAMMU, Jan 30: In a significant step towards promoting sports and fostering a culture of athleticism, LG Manoj Sinha and LG (Dr.) B.D. Mishra jointly unveiled the Logo and Mascot for the Khelo India Winter Games 2024. The event was attended by the Secretary of Sports, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS), Government of India, along with officials, members of the organizing committee of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, and the Union Territory of Ladakh.

LG Sinha also interacted with citizens today during LG’s Mulaqaat. Heard their grievances and problems. Resolved many on the spot and directed concerned officials to take quick action on others in a time bound manner with greater transparency.

Taking X LG Sinha posted, ” When it comes to handling complaints, grievances and delivering public services, the officers need to act as professional service provider and keep the citizens in the loop on action taken, maintain standards of accountability and always strive for improvement.

Directed officers to listen to people and create a comprehensive strategy for maintenance of basic infra like borewells, handpumps, power distribution lines & saturation of scholarships, pension schemes.Listening to one another is strongest pillar on which good governance rests.”
