Lok Adalat hears Bank cases in Doda district

DODA, OCTOBER 07: In pursuance to the National calendar and under directions of Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authority, a Lok Adalat on Bank Cases was organized in District Doda by the District Legal Services Authority.

 The Loak Adalat was held under the supervision and guidance of Chairman DLSA, Bhaderwah Sunit Gupta and Secretary Ramesh Lal.

In the said Lok Adalat only bank cases were taken up by four benches set up in the court complex Bhaderwah, Doda, Munsiff Court Thathri and Munsiff court Gandoh.

A total of 47 cases were taken up out of which one case was settled with amicable settlement in the presence of parties.

Judicial officers, members of Bar, bank managers of various banks, representatives of various parties of the cases and people at large participated in the said Lok Adalat.
