JAMMU, 2 June 2023: Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi interacted with Lieutenant Rekha, wife of Galwan Valley clash hero Naik Deepak Singh, Vir Chakra (Posthumous), who has joined a unit in the Eastern Ladakh sector.
Lt Gen Dwivedi appreciated her fortitude and steadfastness to achieve the commission as an officer, post her personal tragedy.
