Lt Gen VPS Kaushik takes over as Adjutant General of Indian Army
New Delhi [India], August 3 (ANI): Lieutenant General VPS Kaushik has assumed the appointment of the Adjutant General of the Indian Army.
Prior to assuming the key appointment on Friday, VPS Kaushik was serving as the General Officer Commanding (GOC) in the Trishakti Corps.
“Lt Gen VPS Kaushik assumed the appointment of the Adjutant General of the Indian Army today. Prior to assuming this key appointment, he was serving as General Officer Commanding, #TrishaktiCorps,” Additional Directorate General of Public Information said on X.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant General Vinod Nambiar also assumed the appointment of Director General and Colonel Commandant of Army Aviation.
In a post on X, Additional Directorate General of Public Information said, “Lt Gen Vinod Nambiar assumed the appointment of Director General and Colonel Commandant of #ArmyAviation. On assumption of the appointment, he paid homage to the bravehearts at the National War Memorial NWM and exhorted all ranks of Army Aviation to continue serving with the same zeal and fervour in the service of the nation.”
