M.K Ajatshatru Singh expresses solidarity with Ramban cloudburst victims
Jammu, April 20: Former minister and senior BJP leader, M.K Ajatshatru Singh has voiced serious concern over the widespread destruction caused by the cloudburst and flash floods in Ramban district.

Highlighting the critical situation, M.K Ajatshatru Singh said, “The havoc caused by the cloudburst in Dharamkund and the resultant death of three individuals is a grim reminder of how fragile life is in hilly terrains.”
Ajatshatru Singh urged the government to immediately deploy relief and rescue teams, assess the damage in affected villages, and provide adequate compensation to those who have lost their homes and means of livelihood. “This is not the time for bureaucratic complacency. Relief must be fast-tracked,” Singh stated.
The former minister called for a high-level review of emergency response systems in all landslide-prone areas of Jammu and Kashmir. “Such disasters cannot be prevented, but their impact can surely be minimized with vision and preparedness,” he added.
He also expressed solidarity with the cloudburst victims and their families, extending heartfelt condolences to those who lost loved ones and praying for the speedy recovery of the injured. “In this hour of grief, I stand with the affected families and urge the administration to leave no stone unturned in bringing them relief and support,” he added.
