Man impersonating as DySP, SI arrested: Baramulla police

BARAMULLA August 14: In a recent development, Baramula Police have made an arrest in connection with impersonation cases.

The suspect, identified as Mushtaq Wani from Barzulla Dhobiwan, was posing as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) and an Inspector in Kunzer, Baramulla. During the arrest, a significant amount of cash, totaling 40,000 rupees, was recovered from the suspect. A case has been registered under the relevant section at the concerned police station and further investigation is underway.
