Mata ka Jagran enthralls devotees at Chichi Mata Temple in Samba
SAMBA, October 18: The District administration Samba, in collaboration with Directorate of Tourism, Jammu organized Mata ka Jagran at the revered Chichi Mata Temple in Samba district, drawing a massive turnout of devotees.
The esteemed event was graced by the presence of District Development Council Chairman Keshav Dutt Sharma, who paid his respects at the sacred Chichi Mata Temple and inaugurated the Mata ka Jagran recital. Accompanying him were Vice Chairman Balwan Singh, DDC Member Romesh Chander and officers of District Administration Samba.
The Mata Ka Jagran was a soul-stirring experience, featuring captivating performances by renowned artists and singers, which created an atmosphere imbued with spiritual devotion and religious fervor.

Speaking on the occasion, the DDC Chairperson mentioned that during Navratras, people not only from J&K but from across the country come to seek the blessings of Chichi Mata at her temple.
