Mental Health Screening Camp held in Jagti Nagrota

JAMMU, JUNE 27: Relief and Rehabilitation Organisation Jammu, in collaboration with Directorate of Health Services Jammu and Government Medical College Jammu today organised a Happiness camp/Mental health screening camp in the Community Hall of Migrant Township Jagti.  Commissioner Relief Organisation Jammu, K.K Siddha inaugurated the camp. Around 42 patients of different age groups with variable complaints related to mental health were screened.  2 Counsellors from Govt. Hospital Gandhi Nagar and 2 Psychiatrist from GMC Jammu assessed the patients and advised treatment. The Medical Superintendent, Sub District Hospital Jagti provided logistic support for the camp. People of Jagti highly appreciated the efforts of Director Health Services Jammu Dr. Rajeev Kumar Sharma and Relief Commissioner for providing Psychiatric services to people suffering from mental health related issues.
