Miran Sahib police crack burglary case; apprehend suspect, recover stolen goods
Police in Jammu’s Miran Sahib successfully cracked a burglary case reported on May 21st, 2024, by Arvind Razak. The case, registered under FIR No. 51/2024 with sections 454 (House-breaking) and 380 (Theft) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), led to the arrest of the suspect, Navjot Singh, also known as Shitu.

Following the complaint, a police team of PS Miran Sahib promptly began their investigation. Their efforts resulted in apprehending Navjot Singh, who reportedly confessed to the crime.
The police recovered stolen items worth ₹52,000 from the suspect’s possession. These recovered items include essential household goods such as gas cylinders, an inverter battery, an LED TV, and a stabilizer.
