Modi has become symbol of development in 9 years: Dr. Manyal

Last month, the government at the centre under Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed nine years in the office and this period will go into the chapters of history as an era of transformation.

Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, former minister & General Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir BJP, said this while interacting with a group of people of Ramgarh mandal of Ramgarh Assembly constituency  in Samba district during his visit to the area.

Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal asked these people to thoroughly go through the printed material provided by the party, which will help them to understand the achievements of the Narendra Modi government in different fields. He said that for the first time in the history of the country India has a Prime Minister, who laid stressed on ground development and welfare of every section of the society.

This government took one decision after the others to provide best infrastructure for health sector, various modes of connectivity, education and basic amenities, he told them, adding that paucity of funds did not come in the way of development.

A general conception has developed in the country that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become a symbol of development, which is indeed a great honour to a person, who has devoted his life for the nation and it’s people, the former minister said.

The BJP General Secretaty said that Modi government launched a large number of schemes with an objective of socio-economic upliftment of the women, poor, weaker sections, farmers, youth, labour class. The government introduced Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode, which plugged the corruption by agents and middlemen and the financial assistance transferred direct into the bank accounts of beneficiaries.

Dr. Manyal further said that every development project and social security scheme has been extended to every region and section of the society.

Jammu and Kashmir, which was discriminated during the rule of other parties in the past, is getting fair deal in all matters and at all levels. He said that a wave of change is visible in the Union Territory of J&K as it is scaling new heights of development with peace and normalcy restored by the Narendra Modi government.
