Insha Majeed Declared Qualified for the Award of Ph D Degree

REASI, April 17: Insha Majeed, Daughter of Mukhtar Ahmad Wani, has been declared qualified for the award of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the school of Computer science and Engineering by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU). The candidate has worked on the topic entitled “Detection of Osteoporosis in X-Ray images using Intelligent vision-based models” under the supervision of Dr. Sakshi Arora, Assistant Professor, School of Computer science and Engineering, SMVDU.

Insha Majeed has published various research papers in SCI/SCIE-indexed journals, presented her research papers at international and national conferences and published various book chapters. The scholar expresses her gratitude to her parents, and supervisor for guidance, and to the school of Computer Science and Engineering, SMVD University, for providing all necessary facilities and support during her research.
