Niharika qualified for the Award of PhD

Niharika d/o Mrs. Bharti and Prof. Bharat B. Gupta and w/o Aakash has been declared qualified for the award of the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra, UT J&K. She has worked on the topic “Effective Use of Feature Extraction Techniques and Learning Paradigms on Online Bio-medical Datasets for Disease Prediction” under the supervision of Dr. Baijnath Kaushik, Head, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, SMVDU, Katra. Ms. Niharika has published various papers in SCI/SCIE-indexed journals and presented her research papers at various international conferences. The scholar extends her heartfelt gratitude to her parents, spouse, and supervisor for their invaluable guidance and support.

She also acknowledges the School of Computer Science and Engineering, SMVDU, Katra, for providing exceptional facilities and resources throughout her research.
