Multi-speciality Mobile Medical unit camp held in Matho

Leh, June 17: A team of doctors’ lead by Block Medical Officer, Leh, Dr Rinchen Chosdol organised a successful one-day multi-speciality mobile medical unit camp at Matho village on June 16, 2023.

Various services were provided to the beneficiaries, including Orthopaedic OPD by Dr Anwar (Orthopaedic consultant), Gynae OPD and cervical screening by Dr Kunzes Dolma (Medical Officer PHC Chuchot), General OPD by Dr Stanzin Changchup (MO PHC Basgo), Dental OPD by Dr Mohd Imran (Dental Surgeon), Amchi OPD by Dr Stanzin (Amchi), Aadhaar and mobile number linkage, Golden Card creation, ABHA ID generation and NCD screening.

A total of 188 beneficiaries availed the services provided during the mobile medical unit besides 36 beneficiaries were issued golden card, 88 beneficiaries were issued ABHA ID and 37 linked their mobile with Aadhar. Also, walking sticks were distributed to the needy persons during the camp.

Meanwhile, a similar camp was also held in Phyang village where beneficiaries availed various medical services.
