MVD Doda organises painting competition on Road Safety
DODA, FEBRUARY 03: Motor Vehicle Department Doda organized a painting competition on Road Safety here today for students.
The event, part of the ongoing National Road Safety Month program, was held on the direction of Deputy Commissioner, Harvinder Singh, and supervised by ARTO, Rajesh Gupta.
The competition, held in the Green Model Higher Secondary School, witnessed enthusiastic participation of students of various schools in the region. They showcased their creativity by depicting powerful messages on safe driving and following traffic rules.
The competition aimed to engage youth in promoting road safety and instilling a sense of responsibility towards creating a safer environment for all road users.
Over 51 students participated, using vibrant colors and innovative ideas to convey messages about following traffic regulations, wearing seat belts, and avoiding distracted driving. Prizes were awarded to students based on the creativity of their paintings.
ARTO Doda, Rajesh Gupta, appreciated the students’ participation and encouraged them to spread road safety awareness among their family, friends, and society.
The Painting Competition on Road Safety organized by MVD Doda served as a creative platform to educate and inspire individuals to prioritize road safety, ultimately contributing to reducing accidents and saving lives on the roads.
