Is Nick Dead Or Alive At The End Of My Fault: London?
Even though he ends up in a life-threatening situation, Nick does survive at the end of My Fault: London.
Throughout the movie, Nick throws himself into all kinds of dangerous stuff, underground fighting, illegal drag racing, you name it. It’s the kind of lifestyle that could easily get someone killed, and it really worries Noah.
She struggles with the idea of violence because of her traumatic past, especially her abusive father. So every risky move Nick makes is hard for her to watch.
Things hit a boiling point when Nick gets seriously injured during a brutal fight with his rival, Ronnie. Ronnie, it turns out, is working with Noah’s father, Travis, who’s holding her hostage. Even with a deep stab wound, Nick doesn’t stop.
He jumps into a car and chases after Travis, who’s forcing Noah to drive recklessly to escape him. The whole thing ends in a high-speed crash. Nick’s car flips over, and his injury worsens.
It’s intense. But thankfully, Nick pulls through. He gets the medical attention he needs, and we only find out he survived in the epilogue, set six months later.

So, Do Nick and Noah End Up Together?
Yes, they do.
Even though their relationship starts off rocky, Nick and Noah grow closer as everything unfolds. She actually gets him to rethink his violent lifestyle, which is a big deal for someone like him.
Now, there is the whole step-sibling thing, since their parents are married. But neither of them seems too bothered by the taboo. They decide to keep their relationship a secret from their parents, for now, just to avoid unnecessary drama.
