National Road Safety Month: GDC Ajas organises Awareness programme & Pledge Taking Ceremony

BANDIPORA, January 20: In continuation to National Road Safety Month activities, Govt Degree College (GDC) Ajas today organised an awareness programme within the college campus, here.

The focal point of the event was a special lecture delivered by Dr. Ashaq Hussain, Convener Activities who threw light on road safety measures.

Dr. Ashaq highlighted crucial aspects of road safety, including defensive driving techniques, importance of seatbelt usage, adherence to speed limits, and the role of responsible road behaviour.

On the occasion, a significant segment of the programme was dedicated to a Road Safety Pledge Taking Ceremony emphasizing the commitment of both students and staff towards fostering a safer road environment.
