NC Govt committed for empowerment of youth in J&K: Rattan Lal Gupta
Says Omar Govt will fill vacant posts on fast track basis
JAMMU, DECEMBER 14: Asserting the National Conference’s unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President JKNC, criticized the BJP-led government for its anti-youth policies during the past decade in Jammu and Kashmir.
