Nehru’s mistake of Article 370 fixed by PM Modi: Anurag Thakur in Bishnah
JAMMU, 16 Sept: Addressing a massive rally in Bishnah of Jammu district, BJP MP Anurag Thakur said that former PM Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru’s mistake of bringing Article 370 was fixed by incumbent PM Narendra Modi who nullified Article 370.
Anurag Thakur said that within 3 months of forming the Government in 2019, Article 370 was abrogated as per the demand of people of J&K. Thakur, in high pitch, enumerated the adverse effects of Article 370 on J&K wherein he laid emphasis on the huge turmoil caused owing to it. Anurag Thakur outrightly stated that terrorism and separatism get fostered with Article 370, adding, that J&K used to burn in the fire of this draconian Article and investors were afraid of laying out money in J&K.
By nullifying Article 370, tranquility has restored, development is on track, and significant boost to tourism can be witnessed said Anurag Thakur by further hurling barbs on Congress wherein he highlighted from Pandit Nehru to Rahul Gandhi the blunders were done which has deteriorated J&K.
Now National Conference (NC) and Congress assert that they want to bring back Article 370 and I (Anurag Thakur) ask you that should it be restored.
On one side PM Modi is glorifying the nation across the globe while as on other hand Rahul Gnadhi is bringing shame to India by tarnishing nation’s image at international podium, said Anurag Thakur.
Congress stalwart Rahul Gandhi is greedy for power than serving the nation, claimed Anurag Thakur. This is difference between two ideologies – one who has seen poverty and is inclined to serve the public and other who have ruled since decades and people are bearing the brunt of it’s mistakes
Thakur also said that Pakistan’s people want Rahul Gandhi to be the Prime Minister of India.
While campaigning for Rajeev Kumar Bhagat BJP candidate from Bishnah, Thakur highlighted that 5 lakh jobs will be given by BJP Government as we are planning to open IT hub in J&K. Besides increased job avenues, Rs 18,000 will be given to women and Rs 3,000 pension to elderly after BJP comes in power.
Anurag Thakur quoted Congress as “Aisa Koi Sagha Nahi Jisko Congress Ne Thaga Nahi” and said it is time to teach them lesson now.
Under the regime of BJP, terrorism dipped 70%, stoner pelting eradicated and we will root out terrorism completely, asserted Anurag Thakur.
Thakur also said Rahul Gandhi is working as modern Jinnah and polarizing and creating wedge among the communities for political gains.
