Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0-An Outreach Program organised by EPFO in SMVDU

SMVDU , 27th February : EPFO Regional Office Jammu organized the “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 – Awareness Program” in SMVDU, where handholding support was provided to stakeholders and their suggestions, inputs, and grievances were heard. The EPFO addressed the settlement of claims, redressed grievances, and facilitated other services for the SMVDU fraternity.

The program explained various online initiatives, including a balance inquiry, filing online claims, and COVID-19 advance claims. The EPFO Enforcement Officer, Mr. Parmod Kumar Singh, gave a hands-on demonstration and addressed the officials issues and problems in the seminar.

Registrar SMVDU Nagendra Singh Jamwal JKAS, Finance Officer Neeraj Gupta JKAS, Deans, Directors, Faculty, and non-teaching staff attended the session and thanked EPFO Regional Office Jammu for the initiative. Officials from SMVDSB and Narayana Hospital also participated in the program, and many attendees benefitted by making minor changes to their details. The program made efforts to redress grievances and cases the same day.
