NIESBUD concludes 21-day Entrepreneurship Development Training Program at Pulwama
PULWAMA, February 15: The National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Bank today concluded a highly successful 21-day training program on entrepreneurship development in Pulwama.
On the occasion, all 50 participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their completion of the program.
The comprehensive training program, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge, covered a wide range of topics including business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and legal aspects of entrepreneurship.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and case studies, gaining valuable insights and practical tools to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
Following a rigorous evaluation process, 21 participants have been selected on the basis of their outstanding performance to proceed to the next stage of handholding. This further course will provide personalized guidance and support to help these budding entrepreneurs translate their ideas into successful ventures. The handholding process will focus on refining business plans, providing mentorship, facilitating access to resources, and addressing specific challenges faced by the participants.
