Nodal Officer CAPF Welfare reviews facilities at multiple locations in Rajouri

RAJOURI, SEPTEMBER 23: Acting on the directions of District Election Officer (DEO) Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, the Nodal Officer for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Welfare, Israr Mir, conducted an extensive visit to various key locations in Rajouri district to review the welfare arrangements for the deployed CAPF personnel ahead of the upcoming Assembly Elections 2024.


The welfare review covered crucial locations where CAPF personnel are stationed or will be stationed for election duties. Mir inspected the facilities at Dangri Ashram, Pahari Hostel Rajouri, Handa Building in Jawahar Nagar, Honda Palace and Indoor Stadium among several other places.


During his visits, the Nodal Officer emphasized the importance of providing a conducive environment and adequate amenities for the CAPF personnel, who play a pivotal role in maintaining law and order during the electoral process. He assessed the living conditions, availability of drinking water, sanitation and medical facilities at all the locations, ensuring that the personnel are well-supported throughout their deployment.
