Northern Army Commander pays tribute to Army personnel who lost their lives in Rajouri encounter

J&K May 06: Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi paid homage to Hav Neelam Singh, Nk Arvind Kumar, L/Nk RS Rawat, Ptr Pramod Negi & Ptr S Chettri who laid down their lives for the country during the Rajouri operation.
