NRLM, other Departments collaborate to celebrate Lohri Festival at Poonch

POONCH, JANUARY 13: In a vibrant celebration of the lohri festival, the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) department, in collaboration with other government departments including Forest, Horticulture, Floriculture, Rural Livelihoods Mission, Agriculture, Sheep Husbandry, and Animal Husbandry, set up departmental stalls at Parade Park, Poonch.

The event, organized under the direction of Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal, was inaugurated by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR)  Qadeer Ul Rehman.

After the inauguration, the ACR inspected the stalls and greeted the residents of Poonch, extending warm wishes for the Holi festivities.

This collaborative effort not only showcased the diverse initiatives and resources available to the community but also fostered a spirit of unity and celebration among the people of Poonch.

 The event was well-received and marked a significant moment in the community’s cultural calendar.
