NSS Unit of GDC Mahanpur celebrates Parakaram Diwas on birth anniversary of Neta ji Subash Chandra Bose

KATHUA, January 23: NSS Unit of GDC Mahanpur celebrated Parakaram  Diwas on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Neta ji Subash Chandra Bose on 23^rdof January 2023. On this day, NSS volunteers participated in the activity “selfie with Netaji” and poster making programmes.

A documentary on the life of Netaji was shown to all the students in the college library. A floral tribute was also given to Netaji by the staff members and NSS volunteers. NSS programme officer, Prof. Meena Devi also delivered a lecture on the legacy of Netaji. She also had an interactive session with the students.

This whole programme was conducted under the able guidance of the Principal, Dr. Sangeeta Sudan. The staff members who were present in the programme were Prof. Arvind Kumar, Sh. Saurabh Dutta, Prof. Rupalee Jasrotia, Dr. Neetika Verma, Dr. Ajay Manhas, Naresh and Rafia.
