RAMBAN, JULY 15: Omi Devi, a resident of Panchayat Chachawah of Block Sangaldan, had been living in a makeshift kutcha house with her family. The fragile structure was vulnerable to harsh weather conditions, and the fear of collapse was a constant concern.
