One held in connection with drug peddling in Anantnag; 12 Kg Charas seized

ANANTNAG, 10 May: One drug peddler was apprehended by District Police Anantnag on Wednesday. The accused was identified as Mohd Yousuf Chopan.

As per prima-facie, 12 Kg of Charas has been recovered from his possession.

A case under NDPS Act has been registered and further investigation is being launched.

One drug peddler namely Mohd Yousuf Chopan Resident of Reshkubal was arrested by Anantnag Police during Naka checking and recovered about 12 Kgs of Charas chura from his possession. Case registered and investigation taken up@JmuKmrPolice @KashmirPolice @DigSkr
