One held with contraband substance in Kulgam
KULGAM, 15 Feb: District Police Kulgam apprehended one drug peddler with contraband material.
The peddler has been identified as Mohammad Altaf Mir resident of Watigam. The police has recovered 112 grams of Charas from his possession.
It is learnt a case under the NDPS Act has been registered, and further investigation has been launched.
