One Terrorist killed, two injured; major infiltration bid foiled in Naushera

POONCH July 11: Indian Army foiled a major infiltration bid along the Line of Control in the Naushera Sector over two nights in a deliberate and massive operation in which one terrorist got killed and the other two got injured.

On 10 July midnight, Indian Army deployed along LoC, in Naushera observed suspicious movement of a group of terrorists moving suspiciously from across the Line of Control towards our own side. Forces also recovered war-like stores were recovered, including one AK 47 Rifle, three AK Magazines with 175 Rounds, one 9 mm Pistol, two Magazines with 15 Rounds, Four Hand Grenades and communication equipment from the area.
